Elegance on Ice™ unconditionally guarantees all of our catalog merchandise. Any undecorated item can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please let us know. We will be happy to replace, repair, or refund your payment. No refunds are offered on custom or semi-custom orders. Items must be unaltered, unworn, with original tags attached and returned with a copy of sales receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any necessary insurance.
Shipping Policy
Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS. If the item is in stock, immediate delivery is possible in the United States within 3 to 5 days. If item(s) need to be manufactured, our delivery time is 2-4 weeks from receipt of order. We will notify you of any delay ASAP if it is over the 2-4 week delivery time frame.
Rush Delivery
IF you need something right away, please contact us. We will make every effort to get it to your when you want it. Additional charges for rush orders will apply as well as any additional rush or overnight shipping charges.
International Orders
We are pleased to serve you internationally. There may be a variance in shipping and customs charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.
